The Blue Chip Room is a private art advisory operating in the secondary market. We source, place, and advise on works by established artists for collectors, dealers, advisors, family offices, and estates.

Access to certain listings, including private sales, is restricted and may require you to create an account and sign in. Access is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

Artwork descriptions, attributions, dimensions, provenance notes, condition summaries, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change, prior sale, and confirmation.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a valuation, or investment advice. Any indication of value, market trend, or price appreciation is informational only and is not a guarantee of future performance.

Images are for identification purposes and may differ from the physical work in colour, scale, or framing. Buyers are encouraged to inspect works in person or request a condition report before committing.

Submitting an inquiry, RSVP, or expression of interest does not create a binding contract of sale. All transactions are confirmed separately in writing, subject to availability, authentication, and our agreed terms for that specific work.

Where a holding deposit is paid through the website, it reserves a work for the period we confirm to you in writing. Deposit terms, including whether and when a deposit is refundable or applied to the purchase price, are set out in the confirmation we send for that transaction.

Title to a work passes only on receipt of cleared funds for the full purchase price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep any account credentials confidential, and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas or systems.

You may not scrape, republish, or commercially exploit content from this website without our written permission.

The text, layout, branding, and photography on this website are owned by The Blue Chip Room or used with permission. Artworks reproduced remain the copyright of the respective artists or rights holders.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. All other use requires prior written consent.

Discretion is fundamental to our work. We ask that any confidential information shared with you during an advisory discussion, including consignor identities, off-market availability, and pricing, is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
